Aquatec’s original product, and still the “global standard” in booster pump technology, providing reliable inlet pressure for efficient membrane utilization. These pumps are capable of continuous duty and are effective for recirculation based applications as well. They are ideally suited to work with hydro-pneumatic storage systems but are also compatible with most hydraulic shut-off valves.
PERMEATE PUMPS
Aquatec’s original Permeate Pump (ERP1000) is a simple, yet revolutionary, device. Powered only by the hydraulic energy of brine water usually lost to the drain (i.e. no electricity required), the Permeate Pump forces product water into the storage tank, reducing membrane back pressure and maximizing available feed pressure. These pumps dramatically improve the efficiency of R.O. water production, reducing wastewater by up to 80%.
DELIVERY/DEMAND PUMPS
Aquatec’s 3-chamber and 5-chamber electric diaphragm pumps are used for a variety of water delivery applications. Commonly used either to pressurize water from an atmospheric tank, to deliver purified water to a specific point of use, or simply to increase pressure when required. Most models are designed for intermittent duty, although some models are rated for continuous operation.
ACCUMULATOR TANKS
Aquatec's accumulator tanks are food-grade pressurized fluid holding tanks/pulsation dampeners. Tanks can be installed in a demand pump driven fluid system to reduce pulsations from switch cycles. This smooths flow, extends switch life and reduces noise.
